- Go for counseling in a living church so that you may be given spiritual guardian.
- Go for deliverance in a church that belief and practice it.
- Read good Christian books that will open your eyes to deep secret of the Lord.
- Read the Word. Let the Holy Bible be your partner.
- Above all, be a born again Christian and quit sin. Confess your sin and let your repentance be holistic.
